In 2011, Google Creative Labs introduced a revolutionary new product with an incredibly simple proposition: Understand the words and you’ll understand the world. They asked JMS to imagine a marketing program for this idea. With that simple brief, the Google Translate campaign was born. The effort began with a poster series that worked as an internal effort within Google to rally awareness and support of this unique product. The series was so successful that Google asked JMS to create a series of animated films, based on one of our poster designs. Every aspect of the films, including motion graphics, modeling and animation, happened within JMS.
