Juniper
Juniper’s engineers focused largely on the technology inside the box, leaving much of their design and packaging decisions up to the economics of production. While this met short term financial interests, the look and reputation of the Juniper brand suffered.
As part of JMS’s brand development, we proposed a radical but affordable redesign of all hardware and packaging to make their product look and feel consistent with that of the new Juniper brand at a moment when it matters most: when the customer receives the product.
